UNACCEPTABLE RETURNS, EXCHANGES AND REFUND REQUESTS

• Non-obvious color difference – The Printer use different processes to print your designs, it’s based on the raw material of the products you selected, the final products may has color difference with mockup, therefore RALOCA reserves rights to refuse returns at its sole discretion.
• Wrong shipping address –  RALOCA do not refund/exchanges/re-ship for the order if the shipping address is incorrect.
• The size doesn’t fit – RALOCA do not refund/exchange/accept returns if the size doesn’t fit, You need to check the size chart carefully before placing an order.

ACCEPTABLE RETURNS, EXCHANGES AND REFUND REQUESTS

• Packages lost in transit – the claims must be submitted within 30 days after the estimated delivery date, Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.
• Misprinted/damaged/defective items – items must be submitted within 30 days after the product has been received. 
• Wrong size items – the size tag on the product/package does not match the order.
